Owned by Cally & Ivan Heath, Cheddleton Oatcakes is the one and only mobile oatcake wagon, dedicated to bringing the North Staffs its favourite dish of delicious oatcakes.
The Family Recipe
Ivan bakes his oatcakes from an old Cheddleton recipe given to him by his late mother. Truly delicious authentic Cheddleton Oatcakes with a choice of your favourite fillings.
We use Dewlay tasty Lancashire cheese
Quality bacon and sausages from our local farm shop Shukers. Extras such as mushrooms and tomato are also available with a sauce of your choosing. We now have a new line of rare breed, free range sausage and streaky bacon from our friends at Pen-Y-Lan pork, which are proving to be vey popular.
