The Family Recipe
Ivan bakes his oatcakes from an old Cheddleton recipe given to him by his late mother. Truly delicious authentic Cheddleton Oatcakes with a choice of your favourite fillings.
We use Dewlay tasty Lancashire cheese
Quality bacon and sausages from our local farm shop Shukers. Extras such as mushrooms, beans and tomato are also available and smothered with a sauce of your choosing.
